Be the leader of a team assessing and drivingachievement of program specific performance for multiple parallel projects,working closely with Project Engineers from other groups and the ProgramManagers. You will partner with the technical resource managers, assistwith staffing, and be the primary focal for program cost, schedule, andtechnical issue coordination and escalation. You will lead prioritizationof work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall programperformance.

• Project planning, status, execution, and escalation
• Work as a single point of accountability within the ET (Electronic Test) Org for the assigned projects
• Coordinate and drive all aspects of assigned engineering work scope
• Drive clear communications between Technical leaders
• Optimize the team through procedural improvements and automations
• Driving test solution quotation estimate efforts and approvals
• Executing the project on/ahead of schedule and within budget
• Facilitating various teams to solutions and agreement
• Drive and improve project engineering practices for Hardware & Software groups
• Process champion: project-specific operating systems and larger reuse and multi-project considerations
• Mentoring junior engineers

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science discipline or business degree
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experiences related to engineering or program management
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a
• U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

• Business acumen – knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application, within Aero and the larger industry
• Diverse teaming and collaboration/facilitation skills
• Champion for continuous Project Engineering skill development and support staffing/training
• Trusted Advisor relationship with Customers
• Persuade to influence others to accept new concepts, practices, deploy new approaches
• Significant experience in engineering, especially familiarity with ATE (Automated Test Equipment) development processes and practices
• Familiarity with Aerospace avionics or automotive industry project management
• Global workforce and virtual teaming expertise
• Previous Test domain experience is a plus
• Technical background/proficiency in Avionics or Aviation is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus
