Be the leader of a team assessing and driving achievementfor key Hardware development, working closely with Technical Engineers acrossdisciplines, Project Engineers from other groups and the ProgramManagers. You will partner with the technical resource managers, assistwith staffing, and be the primary focal for program cost, schedule, andtechnical issue coordination and escalation. You will lead prioritizationof work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance. The Platforms Center-of-Excellent Engineering team includes diverse Software,Electrical, Mechanical, and FPGA/ASIC teams and you will coordinate all of themwith our Anthem customer programs.

-Project planning, status, execution, and escalation
-Drive clear communications between Technical leaders-Driving HW/SW quotation estimate efforts and approvals-Drive and improve project engineering practices for Hardware, Test &Software groups
-Process champion: project-specific operating systems and larger reuseand multi-project considerations
-Mentoring junior engineers-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical disciplinesuch as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
