As a Division Lead – Daily Bankingwithin JPMorgan & Chase Coyou will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through innovative digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading multiple high-performing teams, championing a culture of "Right First Time" service, and implementing exceptional operational standards. You will lead a team of People Leads as direct reports, leveraging your extensive leadership experience, digital expertise, and strategic thinking to ensure operational efficiency within Daily Banking Function.
Job responsibilities
- Implement and maintain operational excellence across the operations teams, ensuring the customer experience is unique, fair, consistent, transparent and enables the delivery of exceptional service
- Act as subject matter expert for best in class digital business policy, processes, products and solutions
- Champion colleague culture, lead by example, and provide feedback and recognition at every opportunity
- Maintain cross product operational standards and consistency
- Collaborate with technology and process engineering teams to design best in class business customer experiences while mitigating risks
- Take over and drive new project initiatives aligned with strategic goals
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong track record as a lead in Financial Services, banking or another heavily regulated industry
- Leadership experience handling large teams and processes with customer centric approach
- Digitally savvy across different medians
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German, both written and oral
- Ability to establish and maintain a culture of risk management and compliance while delivering a world class customer experience
