As an IT Software Engineer, you will deliver products and improvements for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, you will craft and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most sophisticated technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and partnerships.
You will:
- Manages Education Services Portal business/user expectations regarding appropriate milestones and deadlines. Assists in training, work assignment and checking of less experienced developers.
- Define a scenario on automated testing technology, be able to setup standard procedure on development and guide junior software engineers.
- Troubleshoot Saba ecosystem’s reliability and performance issues.
- Review requirements, specifications, and designs, developing and implementing tests for product quality and performance assurance.
- Learn to be an expert in Saba and Pivotal Cloud Foundry related technical programming specialties; employs expertise as a generalist of aspecialist. Performsestimation efforts on complex projects and tracks progress. Works on the highest level of problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
Essential Requirements
- Sophisticated diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent team player, yet capable of managing multiple solo projects at once.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new information and develop comprehensive knowledge of systems being tested.
- Knowledge on Pivotal Cloud Foundry programming.
- Worked the following technical skills: Java J2EE, eclipse, MS SQL Server, Python, XML, Web Service Integrations, RabbitMQ, advanced SQL,AngularJS/JavaScript.
- Experiences with sprint/agile development life cycle, Behavior Driven Development.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge of Saba Cloud API, work with SaaS Learning Management Systems.
- Familiar with tools like Gitlab, Pipeline migration, Snyk, Shell script.
