Basic Qualification:

• BE/BTech/MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience.
• 3-5 Years of Strong experience in SAP Fieldglass.

Eligibility:

• Candidate must have done at least one end to end implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good Analysis and troubleshooting skills
• SAP Fieldglass and in-depth knowledge from Decision wizard to On/Offboarding.
• System Testing and Product Evaluation Skills.

• Worker Profile Management - WPM
• Contingent Labor Management - CLM (time material)
• Services Procurement Management - SPM (statement of work)
• Timecard and expense reporting, Invoicing feature, Integration with other required systems.
• We need techno functional resource who has hands on experience in Fieldglass modules mentioned above.
• Should have experience in integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Should have involved in Requirement gathering, Solution Architecture, Integration, Implementation.
• Should have involved in customizations/report creation of Fieldglass according to customer needs.
• Should have involved in handling performance issue, data migration and other issues.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills, strong understanding of business systems, ability to multitask on diverse requirements, good understanding of Software Development Life cycle and techniques, and experience in the development of system documentation or training materials is required.
• Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test streams, including unit, assembly, application product, integration product, performance, user acceptance, operational acceptance, and technical architecture tests.
• Fieldglass Certification is added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate "best practice" recommendations based on prior experiences, and effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues caused by unique client circumstances or software/hardware issues.
• Provide business acumen for external clients and strive to understand the business problem in order to best configure the system and exceed client expectations.
• Configure at a macro level as well as specific features and functionality at a module level.
• Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring creative /technical success.
• Support client’s testing cycles.
• Communicate consistently and regularly client issue status and progress with the Project Manager.
• Ability to conduct functional reviews of configurations completed by other Functional Consultants.
• Write Functional Design Specifications and Technical Design Specifications based on client requirements.
• Write test plans for Technical Design Specifications.
