What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization in software development and delivery
- Champion engineering best practices, including code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous delivery, to ensure high-quality software development.
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and operations, to drive engineering excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Engineering and Platform Teams, InfoSec, Shadow Tech and Business Partners for identifying, tracking and timely remediation of software and hardware vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with Engineering and Global Tech Teams for constantly monitor the cloud components and services utilization, expenditure to identify potential savings and implements strategies to realize them in-time
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, standards, and guidelines for software development and operational excellence. 9.
- Create and review periodic reports with useful insights with the Senior Leadership for smart decisioning, timely intervention and escalation
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in business or product operations & strategy, retail, process improvement, or related fields
- Strong oral and written communication skills – including the ability to develop and deliver complex messages in a simple, actionable way
- Strong analytical skills – creative problem-solver that can leverage sources of information from disparate sources and deliver comprehensive, balanced, and actionable analysis
- Proven ability to bridge data with business insights to drive relevant, actionable output
- Team player who is a self-starter and able to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
- Customer-centric & curious: passionate improving the Walmart customer experience

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
