What you'll bring:
- You have knowledge of Agile principles including the SCRUM methodology and ability to apply them in day-to-day team delivery.
- Have knowledge of industry Agile project manager tool-set (ex. Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Tableau, etc.) and can apply to support daily job functions.
- You have a demonstrated track record of driving delivery of team level planned activities following a sprint schedule as well as managing multiple low to high complexity projects.
- Can lead a team through Agile/Scrum ceremonies and achieve desired results.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities with peers and apply managing up principles.
- Demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to understand when and to whom to escalate.
- Strong communication skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
