Additionally, the Channel Development Manager will be responsible for defining and supporting the implementation of the IOs initiatives.

In this role, you will…

  • Develop and implement key programs to address specific sales growth strategies and goals, specifically around the areas of Practice Development, Key Account Management and Services.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement commercial strategies that boost Invisalign usage across targeted regions and accounts.
  • Lead the Practice Development and Key Account Management programs to support customer growth and loyalty.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tools, and provide key support to both internal teams and customers.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and continuously refine strategies to meet sales growth targets.
  • Engage directly with key customers, making sales calls and developing strategies to enhance customer relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of the European strategic vision and plans.
  • Regular travel within the designated region will be required to foster strong customer and team relationships.

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 8+ years of commercial experience in the EEMA region.
  • Proven track record of leading projects, managing stakeholders, and driving business results in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent commercial awareness, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
