Job Description:
As CashPro Data Product Associate, responsibilities will include supporting data strategy and analytics for various purposes across the CashPro platform, including but not limited to: reporting on product adoption, client behavior, security, user access, and recurring measurement of key performance indicators. This product associate will:
- Partner with product, sales, operations, and other internal partners to complete ad-hoc data analysis projects, to inform understanding of client access, user behavior, and/or product adoption
- Perform recurring key performance indicator reporting, including producing product adoption metrics for use in external publications and quarterly earnings reports
- Support our data product strategy to enhance internal metrics infrastructure and visualization tools, enabling the delivery of more comprehensive, actionable analytics to internal and external stakeholders
- Work with Technology partners and vendors through the agile development methodology, required governance and compliance approvals, and early risk identification and mitigation of issues
- Support weekend release activity as associated with data product enhancements
- Serve as an innovation champion and thought leader, identifying new opportunities for enhancement as well as internal efficiencies and process improvements to help simplify and improve the client and internal employee experience.

• 2+ years data analytics or data product management experience

• Has high attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize, and follow through with tasks and commitments
- Ability to perform data analysis and partner with product managers to define key metrics to measure success. Experience and success working with large, complex data sets, including using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Splunk, Alteryx and Tableau/BI dashboards
- Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of Treasury Management, payments, and digital channels solutions
- Agile development methodology experience
