As a Director HR - CORP Strategy here at Honeywell, you will be responsible forleading and overseeing all aspects of HR management within the EnterpriseStrategy functions including Portfolio and Offering Management, Brand Strategyand External Communications, Corporate Strategy, and Partnerships andAlliances. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with theoverall corporate strategy growth remit to drive business success. Your rolewill involve business transformation initiatives, strategic talent planning andacquisition, employee engagement, enabling effective performance and incentivemanagement, and employee development. This will require you to collaborate withbusiness leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HRsolutions that support their goals. You will report directly to the VP of Human Resources for Strategy &Communications, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina locationon a Hybrid work schedule following your first 90 days in position. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring we have the rightpeople in the right roles to drive business success. You will play a criticalrole in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at theirbest and drive change across the company. • Lead enterprise-wide business transformation for achieving growth imperatives
• Provide indirect leadership and partnership to a group of HR leaders fromwithin the Honeywell SBGs, regularly collaborating on critical business and HRpriorities.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,compensation and benefits, and employee development.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align withbusiness objectives and drive employee engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
• Provide insights and recommendations on HR best practices and industrytrends.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders atall levels of the organization.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,and employee development.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in a corporate or strategic business group (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
