What you’ll do

Expected Start Date: September 2024

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Maintenance and operations support of the Experience Center showcase space:
    • Connect with 3rd party support partners for troubleshooting assistance and coordinate proactive maintenance activities
    • Prepare the showroom daily to receive the customer and account team for their tour
  • Preparation and execution support of customer visits
    • Participate in preparation calls with account teams and storytellers in order to prepare the space as needed for each tour; An overall understanding of the showfloor content is required
    • Support content creation for customized tours
    • Customize the showfloor for upcoming customer tours if needed
    • Support the execution of customer tours including broadcasting support if needed
    • Take photos and notes during important visits
  • Preparation and implementation support for new use cases in the Experience Center and coordinating efforts with the global team
  • Coordination support of all onsite logistics on the 52nd floor to ensure a seamless experience including housekeeping, building access, IT support, as well as ad hoc requests and general support
  • Contribution to project management and communication related to the Experience Center

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university/college or recent graduate
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration / Marketing / Communications or related course of study
  • Curiosity in technological topics and an urge to understand how things work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual and international environment
  • Experience in project management with high degree of motivation and ability to work independently
  • Embraces fast pace, constant change with grace under pressure
