This role will include work on items such as:

  • Deeply understand customer needs and business value drivers to define a strategy for continued growth.Leveraging your deep analytics expertise, you will become fluent in the data around our products, generating data-driven insights to define a business strategy, product vision, and roadmap.

  • Define measures of success for a suite of productsthrough setting and tracking OKRs and KPIs; steward the team to utilize advanced analytics to automate monitoring/reporting.

  • Partner with a cross-discipline team to design and develop experimentsto test hypotheses, iterate, and implement changes in existing products that drive improved customer experience and business value.

  • Drive adoption, engagement, and usagethrough deep partnership with Product and Marketing; create and implement a marketing strategy.

  • Build strategic relationships and influence partner teams to drive key outcomes, collaborating with an extended team beyond the Small Business Card organization.

  • Manage a team of business analysts

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
  • At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis
  • At least 1 year of experience in people management
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis
  • 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in people management
  • 2+ years of experience in product development
  • 2+ years of experience in financial modeling
  • 2+ years of experience in economic forecasting
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
