Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist the National Sponsorship and Events Team in organising and executing a variety of events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
• Support in arranging virtual events across different platforms.
• Adhere to the best practice marketing processes within the firm and educate the wider team about them.
• Contribute to brand campaigns and firm-wide events.
• Ensure smooth coordination and execution of events.

You will be an organised and active team player who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, you can demonstrate exceptional communication skills and showcase your ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels combined with a knack for project coordination and getting things done.

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience in event planning and execution.
• Tertiary qualification in event management related discipline is preferred. Prior experience in an events-based role is required, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Competent in project coordination and multitasking.
• Experience working with a variety of external suppliers, including venues, AV, caterers.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with a CRM system and an e-marketing tool will be beneficial.
• Experience in working as part of a team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
