- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in account/partnership management or business development.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in both languages with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in online entertainment, sports entertainment or new media, with a thorough understanding of the online entertainment space.
- Knowledge of the online video ecosystem as well as YouTube.
- Ability to consult partners on how to increase their digital footprint online via YouTube (and other Google platforms) by helping them leverage all features available.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to engage as a trusted partner.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data, understand trends, and generate custom insights.
