Required technical and professional expertise
- At least 4 years experience in performing consultative selling
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors software selling or consulting
- Must be well connected in the SAP SuccessFactors market, including strong relationships with employees of SAP Canada
- Experience in building relationships with corporate-level executives
- Experiance in repsonding to RFPs and leading RFP response teams
- Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Proven success in prospecting and managing a territory and/or growing presence within a portfolio of accounts
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week once pandemic restrictions are lifted, and it is safe to resume travel
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Fluency in French is an asset
- Consulting or selling experience with other HR technologies like Sodales, UKG, etc is an asset.
