As a Risk & Regulatory Compliance Consultant, you won’t just analyze risks and ensure compliance - you’ll work closely with banks and financial institutions to understand, improve, and optimize their risk and regulatory compliance processes and practices. Leveraging best practices from a global network of industry experts, you’ll help clients enhance their risk frameworks, governance structures, and strategic decision-making.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 1-5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or supervisory institutions, specializing in risk management or regulatory compliance.
- Subject matter expertise in one or more areas:
- Credit, operational, market, or liquidity risk
- CRR / CRD requirements
- ICAAP / ILAAP frameworks
- Recovery & resolution planning
- Financial & non-financial institution licensing regulations
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic and financial markets trends.
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex regulatory topics.
- A passion for learning and growing within the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and team player skills.
- Fluent written & spoken English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- CFA, FRM, or other relevant qualification is a plus.
