You will work with Servicing, Sales and partner teams to understand challenges, discover insights and implement solutions required to manage and grow our business. You are deeply curious and persistent in gaining knowledge about our sales processes, products and go-to-market strategy.

Job Description:

• Manage operating routines that facilitate decision-making, leadership alignment, and team engagement, including staff meetings, operational reviews, leadership off-sites, All Hands meetings, etc. Set the agenda, participate in meetings, document decisions, and communicate outcomes. Drive execution of tasks and follow-ups.
• Conduct and support strategic analysis within GM for various meetings, both regular and ad hoc.
• Establish and optimize operating routines for the business unit and create supporting collateral (agendas, slides, etc.).
• Partner within and outside the GM organization to lead initiatives, operating at the tactical level to ensure appropriate participation and delivery.
• Act as a liaison between GM and other teams, ensuring alignment and integration of GM initiatives with broader business goals.
• Lead and ensure delivery against cross-functional initiatives, including gathering and analysis of relevant data and development of actionable recommendations and measurement.
• Collaborate with Communications partners to create an end-to-end GM communications strategy.
• Partner with the People Team on engagement and enrichment strategies to support the strategic growth and development of the workforce (including external speaker series, development, recognition, and team building, Engage action planning, Goal Setting).
• Oversee the optimization of business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across GM.
