Responsibilities:

• Drive the issue management process from start to finish.

• Facilitates and ensures Issue Management Standards are met.

• Acts as a point of contact for issues managed.

• Leverage communication and influencing skills to guide issue and corrective action plans, issue owners and stakeholders during the issue management process.

• Keeps abreast of the organizations operational processes and best practices.

• Build partnerships with supported lines of business operations leaders, process owners, client experience leaders, in-business control leads, CBORC, compliance and IA partners so that efforts are aligned with strategy and department efforts.

• Has the ability to operate with a limited direct supervision.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of strong diverse experience in Fraud Prevention Operations, Issue Management or control, preferred

• Excellent influencing, facilitation and partnering skills.

• Experience in interfacing with senior management, demonstrated relationship building skills with ability to build partnerships across the business and key support areas like Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance.

• Individual should be flexible, team-oriented, have good written and verbal communication skills, with strong follow-up, time management and great attention to detail.

• Project management experience with proven ability to help develop action plans and drive a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve milestones within deadlines.

• Organizational skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent priorities at one time.

. Proven strong judgment and critical thinking skills.

• Experience preferred in Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, iCAPs, COGNOS, and CORE are a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent job experience
