Job Description

As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the primary point of contact for the customer to provide post-sale support, onboarding and operational effectiveness
  • Providing training and guide stakeholders on the customer portal
  • Analyzing and interpreting customer usage data contributing to the long-term success of customers
  • Developing a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders

  • Possess excellent communication skills in fluent Japanese and and business-level English
  • Demonstrate data integration skills by managing and interpreting customer data to provide recommendations and support to our internal teams and customers
  • Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment
  • Have a keen interest in understanding how the internet works
  • Be highly accountable with prioritization skills and able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision
