Key job responsibilities
- Manage and drive single, unified view of AWS Partner strategy by closely coordinating with the BU strategic initiative leaders to maintain cross organizational awareness, and surface challenges, disconnects, and opportunities quickly with regard to delivering on strategy.
- Accelerate APO strategy (as defined by the APO Operating Plan) through strategic initiatives that transform APO’s organizational and technical capability, capacity and performance. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall strategy deployment effectiveness.
Seattle, WA, USA

- 7+ years experience in strategy deployment, strategic planning, or a related role.
- Experience in conducting analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
- Experience in communicating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
- Experience working in a technology or cloud computing environment is a plus.
