Key job responsibilities
- Take charge of the Global Strategy Acceleration (GSA) roadmap, ensuring it aligns with APO's strategic goals and drive successful implementation and acceleration of key initiatives by closely coordinating with the BU strategic initiative leaders to maintain cross organizational awareness, and surface challenges, disconnects, and opportunities quickly with regard to delivering on strategy.
- Manage the entire life cycle of GSA initiatives, from ideation through implementation and future enhancements, utilizing insights from previous pilots across APO for continuous improvement.

- 7+ years experience in technical project management, leading and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Experience in navigating complex organizational structures and collaborating with technical and business teams.
- Experience in communicating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
- Experience working in a technology or cloud computing environment is a plus.
