CNS - Risk - Internal Audit :

- helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.

Technical Excellence

• Perform end-to-end controls testing including process understanding and updating flowcharts / narratives, walkthroughs, preparation of risk and control matrix, control testing to assess their design and operating effectiveness, preparation of audit report and agreeing issues/ actions with management.

• Have an in-depth understanding of the insurance industry risks/ issues / trends

• Have thorough knowledge and understanding of Internal Audit and SOX/ ICFR methodology and IIA / PCAOB / SEC requirements.

• Deliver / manage projects to time, cost and high quality.

• Identify key areas of improvement in the client's business processes and rationalisation opportunities and add value by preparing insightful recommendations.

• Assist in scoping and risk assessment

• Contribute to business development activities such as preparing proposals, lead identification

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills, data analytics

• As part of a high-performing team, the individual should be self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet client and practice requirements

• Ability to work on multiple engagements/ clients concurrently • Willingness to work across time zones and flexible to travel in future if needed
