Domain KnowledgeExperience exposure to different lines of business within insurance sector (General, Health, Life insurance) will have an added advantage

• Must have prior experience in Insurance or Consulting with a good understanding of the dynamic Indian payments market
• 6-10 years of experience with exposure to BFSI consultancy preferably insurance / industry
• Strategy formulation and implementation
• Business planning, Financial planning, budgeting, analysis, Strategic cost optimization
• Process reengineering / transformation
• Market entry & business growth strategy, Distribution transformation
• Organization level project / program management
• Experience of working with the leadership team and CXOs of the firm(s) is desired
• Develop solutions to aid revenue enhancement and cost optimization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Client relationship management and account management skills with experience in handling mid to large-size accounts
• Multi-tasking and time management skills with a sharp focus on quality delivery
• Ability to develop/ customize solutions relevant to client
• Problem-solving, data, and financial analysis
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Should be open to travel based on business requirements
