Key job responsibilities
* Lead global business development initiatives for Wondery, including Wondery+, video (e.g., FAST channels, AVOD), and wide feed distribution
* Identify and pursue partnerships to expand Wondery's presence in existing and new territories in areas* Manage business relationships with key distribution partners, including Apple, Patreon, Spotify, and coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, Product, and Digital Operations on partner specific opportunities and issues to hit our OKRs* Oversee technology licensing related to Wondery's podcast distribution and subscription services in collaboration with PDT teams
* Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify insights and actionable recommendations to grow the overall business


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
