As the Sales Partner at Netflix Korea, you will be responsible for helping lead the development and execution of the advertising sales strategy in Korea. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing advertising strategies that drive the revenue growth in the highly competitive entertainment industry.
Key responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies for clients and agencies to meet revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
- Cultivate and manage robust relationships with key decision-makers at top Korean brands and agencies in order to secure enduring advertising partnerships and promote revenue growth.
- Craft compelling, data-driven sales presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of Netflix's premium offerings.
- Negotiate and finalize advertising deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both Netflix and our brand partners.
- Manage and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients, nurture existing relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with external advertising partners to collectively expand the advertising business.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns that are in alignment with the client's marketing objectives and strategies.
- Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth in the advertising industry.
We're looking for:- 8+ years of advertising sales experience
- Fluency in Korean and English is required for this role
- Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes
- Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customers
- Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions
- Strategic planning and prospecting skills necessary
- Understanding of how our clients set priorities and performance goals, and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needs
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, make decisions and manage at entrepreneurial speed
- Strong, confident presentation skills
