Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee Algeria Service team,ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies tooptimize service operations and improve customer satisfaction
• Assign and schedule servicetechnicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements
• Monitor and analyze serviceperformance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Provide technical guidance andsupport to service technicians
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, andinternal teams
• Ensure compliance with companypolicies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience inservice Business or a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge andunderstanding of relevant technologies
• Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills
• Ability to effectively manage andprioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Experience in driving processimprovements and implementing best practices
• Strong problem-solving anddecision-making abilities
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills & Financial Acumen
