Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, consultative sales, business development, or media, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Israel, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
