Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Proven expertise in managing end-to-end project life cycles – from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with industry-specific ERP, CRM, or technology platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday).

Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are a plus.

Understanding of regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks (if working in BFSI, Healthcare, etc.).

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) from a reputed institute preferred.

Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum) desirable.

6–10 years of relevant experience in project management or consulting roles.

Minimum 3 years in a client-facing or leadership capacity within a top-tier consulting firm or global organization.

Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects across domains like technology, finance, operations, supply chain, etc.

Experience working with C-level executives and managing client expectations.
