Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Optimize Recruitment Initiatives
• Strategic Advisory, Operational Excellence, and Market Intelligence to drive impactful hiring outcomes
• Experience in building market intelligence frameworks to analyse trends, competitor hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and emerging talent pools
• Visionary Leader who can align TA Strategies with business goals while ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Product Hiring & Application Development Hiring Experience
• Global Capability Centre & Shared Services Centre Hiring Experience
• Talent Sourcing & Networking (Social Media Recruitment, Niche Job Boards etc.)
• Stakeholder Management
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters to enhance recruitment effectiveness
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a talent acquisition or HR environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, tools (like ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter), and HR analytics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for process optimization.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team of recruiters.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience working in a rapidly scaling organization or with high-volume hiring projects.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in recruiting.
• Global recruitment experience is a plus.
