KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate order status and updates to customers proactively via email or calls.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or order entry role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience in the aviation industry or knowledge of aircraft parts
