Job Description:
Check and prepare the tender pre-requisite documentation, track and chase approvals in LEAP/ emails and get the declarations signed before bid submission date.
Support the sales team members in any other requirements regarding bid submission.
Collate data for WHT tax order application from LST & UPT Sales & Service Managers and coordinate with Fin/ credit collection group for getting the same.
File the Sales orders in Salesforce and understand the basic functioning of salesforce. Ensure HR/HSE policies/procedures are maintained / followed.
Core Competencies: Quick Response- To be able to “Act With Urgency” at the time of need. Be able to respond to urgent / unplanned requirements.
