We, at Flywire, are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Strategic Partner Manager, EDU LATAM.
You’ll be part of a global strategic partnership team focused on identifying and driving new strategic relationships with third parties for our Education vertical. The role will involve building and launching net new partnerships, maintaining relationships with our active partners, managing the client pipeline referred through our partners, and identifying additional growth opportunities within our existing partner network. You will develop a deep understanding of the LATAM markets and Flywire’s services and solutions in order to communicate effectively with our partners and work with the client-facing teams to identify which clients will find the most value in our product. Our success is dependent on developing and fostering our partner relationships and this role will be a crucial part of our team. We are looking for someone who:

Communicates effectively - at the heart of every great teammate at Flywire is the ability to communicate your vision effectively, specifically with audiences which include both internal stakeholders and external partners
Creatively executes on the corporate strategic vision
Key responsibilities:
Partner management (50% of time)
You will be responsible for working with the Director of Strategic Partnerships and regional leadership teams to develop a market specific partner strategy that aligns with the region's annual revenue goals.
Manage day-to-day relationship with existing partners in the region
Meet and drive alignment on agreed partnership outcomes
Maximize partnership potential by implementing relevant training and standard operating procedures for partners and Flywire’s client facing teams.
Generate monthly and/or quarterly pipeline reports for partners
Create and deliver regular partnership performance reviews to identify mutually appealing opportunities for growth and to drive further value for Flywire clients.
Calculate revenue share and coordinate with Finance to send payments to partners
Track and report KPIs for the EDU partnership program
Attend industry conferences, lectures and trainings to continue building awareness
Support the Director of Global Strategic Partnerships in any capacity necessary to build and grow the business
New Partner Prospecting Support (50% of time)
Identify net new partner opportunities that align with Flywire’s regional goals and values.
Negotiate strategic contracts with terms most favorable for Flywire
Create go to market plan and manage lifecycle of the new partner onboarding
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of combined experience in partnership management, business development, partnership program success or relationship management
Understanding of LATAM Education market, more specifically EdTech Landscape is a strong plus
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and externally
Experience in building strategic relationships or consultative sales; the ability to build rapport quickly and meet the specific customer needs with effective solutions.
Passion for and commitment to business success and a tested ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing competing priorities
An independent, organized, self-starter that can set their own direction when needed
Experience working in high-growth companies in Strategy, Operations or Business Development positions
Technical proficiency to understand and promote Flywire’s product to partners
Spanish & English language proficiency
Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time
