• Leading incident management, ensuring swift detection, analysis, and resolution of critical issues.
• Driving automation initiatives to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual overhead.
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, SRE, or DevOps with a strong focus on observability and diagnostics.
• 2+ years of experiencein cloud technologiesand Linux environments.
• Previousexperience in observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving skills andexpertisein incident management and resolution.
• Proficiencyin scripting (Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Expertisein diagnosing complex systems and conducting root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet and cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
