As a Senior Specialist II in Dealer Warranty, you will take a mix of inbound and outbound calls while collecting on aftermarket rebateables products from our dealership network. By building a strong rapport and professional relationship with our dealers, you will be able to make an impact on the business. Job Responsibilities

• Work in a call center environment that requires phone-based interactions with dealerships and other vendors
• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, while staying engaged with our dealerships and internal/external customers
• Demonstrate proficiency in talking and typing in a fast-paced environment to maintain efficiency and accuracy while staying engaged with our dealerships.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Works both independently and in a team environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Organization and prioritization skills are a must
• Excellent communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Previous Auto experience helpful
• Comfortable in a fast-paced consistently changing environment
• 1 years collection or customer service experience strongly preferred

Work Schedule

• Candidates must reside in the state of Arizona and be willing and able to work a hybrid work schedule. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.
