This role requires strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple threads of communication with Partner teams.You will help define and run an org-wide request process that includes information gathering, triage, estimating, and reporting.You will support AT leaders by providing key data and information that will help in identifying and prioritizing where and how we adapt and investYou will seek clarity and resolve ambiguity by identifying and working with the correct teams, outline problem statements, and ensure triages and follow-ups are completedYou will capture KPIs to measure process quality and productivity, providing meaningful feedback to the technology and business teamsYou will maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders across multiple organizations

- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
