Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of legal experience at a technology company or a leading law firm
  • Experience advising on issues related to product counseling, consumer law, product regulatory investigations, as well as advising on intellectual property issues
  • Experience structuring, negotiating, or analyzing agreements for a wide variety of technology transactions and complex manufacturing and supply agreements
  • Experience analyzing and developing global compliance strategies for new regulations
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
Preferred Qualifications
  • Creative problem-solver who can drive projects and analyze and help resolve complex issues in innovative and practical ways
  • Ability to lead, take action, and provide direction in the face of ambiguity
  • Ability to advise senior executives on complex and nuanced legal issues
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple wide-ranging matters, inquiries, and requests, supporting multiple cross-functional teams
  • In-house experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $221,600 and $333,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
