Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience advising on regulatory compliance issues specific to medical device and wellness features, including counseling related to device design, product marketing, and distribution of digital medical products.
  • Skilled at advising business teams and leadership on complex legal risks related to the development, commercialization, and post-market compliance of software-based medical devices.
  • Experience interacting with and supporting regulatory submissions to the FDA and equivalent agencies outside the U.S.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex academic center, clinical trial/research, and commercial agreements.
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one state bar.
  • Some travel required.

  • Track record of achieving great results by cultivating relationships, collaborating with teammates, and effectively communicating with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills; skilled at assessing and articulating complex and nuanced legal risks in “plain English.”
  • Adept at navigating and resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways while displaying business insight and analytical skills.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $199,700 and $299,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
