The position will require proficiency in Microsoft Excel, fluency with Box and Teams, and familiarity with internal GE HealthCare tools (payments, scheduling, DLs, charters) and organizational structure.The ideal candidate will understand navigation of existing GE HealthCare resources and networks to facilitate scheduling, payment tracking, and building routine communications for stakeholders. The Operations Leader will not have direct report responsibilities with the program members but will work with the program members to facilitate execution and simplification of program communications and requirements including All-hands meetings, class meetings, tracking training participation and performance, and execution to the program project and training calendar.The Operations Leader will support occasional best practice sharing across the global program including networking with early talent partner programs where relevant.


Responsibilities:

  • Own EEDP operating calendar including documenting, sharing, simplifying and maintaining the calendar.

  • Build and own program trackers including class lists, distribution lists, and assignment mapping.

  • Simplify and improve program resources including Box and work with team to add applicable content to Confluence, Box, LP Bridge, and Workday.

  • Establish closed loop operations and reporting process for university payments working with Program Manager, members, universities, and payment leader.

  • Support budget updates, tracking, and reporting.

  • Schedule identified training events including working with internal instructors/stakeholders, identifying and booking conference rooms/sites, and tracking participation.

  • Build SOPs for program operational tasks and document in program resource pages.

  • Engage with early talent leadership team and stakeholders to share updates, solicit feedback, and build best practices.

  • Support STO operations and finance activities by tracking and sharing updates.

  • Support EEDP member committees in planning and event execution.

  • Collaborate with team members on other projects as assigned.

  • Manage and prioritize work on multiple simultaneous projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in an applicable field or 5+ years of applicable experience which may include prior work with GE HealthCare.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel.

  • Past experience supporting a global team.

  • Deep prior experience with operations and communication tools within a matrixed organization including communication, scheduling, charters, dashboards, and project management.

  • Ability to work with employees and stakeholders of different experience levels.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience leading meetings.

  • Extensively organized, accountable, and with a strong ability to execute to a plan.

  • Dependable.

  • Willingness to be in-person in Waukesha, WI for hybrid working conditions with potential limited travel to other local GE HealthCare facilities to support team activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, drive, and perform independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of LP Bridge.

  • 10+ years supporting GEHC or GE businesses.

  • Experience with GE HealthCare buildings, facilities, and an existing GEHC network.

  • Deep knowledge of GE HealthCare operations, communications, and tools including Teams, Outlook, Outlook calendars, conference room calendars, SSP/SOAR/AST/Agora, AP, Workday.

  • Experience designing, running, and leading in-person and virtual team meetings.

  • Positive past performance reviews.
