Youand end usersin the North Eastern part of the Netherlands. You will be responsible for development and implementation of an account strategy and tactics, realization of customer OIT and Sales targets and overall customer satisfaction. Further, you will anticipate the customers’ needs, be the first point of contact for all key customer matters and ensure deadlines for customers are met. For complex deals involving multiple businesses from one or multiple clusters you will lead, manage and drive the sales process to success, supported by the relevant Modality Sales Specialists, Clinical Application Specialists and Services Account Managers.
Your role:
Developing and driving a credible and productive long-term relation withcustomers tomaximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation.
Maximizing Customer Satisfaction by coordinating an efficient One Philips approach to the customer, by working with Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain team members at the account.
Developing, implementing and directing an account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive the customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth; fully leveraging the BMC operating model while it will need to increasinglysupport product,solutions and services towards full portfolio standardization.
Maintaining and growing comparable sales and market share / share of wallet.
Focusing on consistent Funnel Management and reliable forecasting via daily management methodology.
Accountable for achieving the business goals on OIT, Sales, Price realization, NPS (relationship) and forecasting for the full portfolio at assigned accounts.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor/ Master’s degree.
10+ years of related experience in B2B
Proven track record (5+ years) in account management role
Solid Experience in building and executing strategic account plans
Broad Knowledge of the dynamics in the local Healthcare domain/landscape
Experience with applying the LEAN methodology
Acts as a role-model for our Philips behaviors
Strong network builder, existing relevant network within hospitals is an advantage
Ability to drive and inspire cross functional teams
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in Dutch and English languages
