Key Qualifications
  • Experience creating effective and engaging eLearning courses. Experience working in software engineering teams preferred.
  • Experience creating engaging, on demand videos, including storyboarding, design, and editing for both on camera and screen capture content.
  • Expertise in adult learning methodologies and eLearning development processes (such as ADDIE, SAM, and/or RCD).
  • Experience in Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Suite such as Illustrator and InDesign (or experience in other authoring systems and tools and an ability to quickly learn new tools and programs)
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems to develop and administer content.
  • Ability to facilitate content reviews with senior leaders and partners, and incorporate feedback accordingly.
  • Ability to accurately estimate level of effort for building new content and independently meeting deadlines and milestones.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with video production tools such as ScreenFlow and Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience with Apple products and tools a plus (such as Keynote, Pages, Numbers).
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
