Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience working with customer-side web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, TypeScript) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience in payments, financial services, or banking related domains.
Experience in customer-facing with translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Experience working with executive stakeholders across different functions.
Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with stakeholders.
Excellent technical leadership, project management, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
