Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience working with customer-side web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, XML, TypeScript) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
8 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
Experience in technical leadership, people management, project management, and leading business transformation initiatives.
Experience in payments, financial services, or banking related domains.
Experience in a customer-facing role, with ability to translate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with executive stakeholders across different functions.
