General Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Marketing project managers who design, develop, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Lead a team of project managers responsible for facilitating the process of new project intake, working with other teams to assess business value & level of effort to make recommendation on prioritization to leader
Leads annual & quarterly planning routines as well as monitors throughout a quarter to ensure teams are on track
Monitors capacity across the Retail Bank Marketing team in real-time to provide an accurate estimate of work the team can take on, recommend trade-offs, and proactively identify future resourcing constraints
Day to day oversight of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups such as the Well-Managed, Legal & Risk partners
Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership and executives; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review.
Collaborate on project management tool and process enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness

Basic Qualifications:
elor’s Degree or military experience
At least 7 Years of Project Management of Marketing experience
At least 3 Years of People Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Understanding of Marketing technology
10+ years of Project Management of Marketing experience
5+ years of People Management experience
Understanding of owned and paid digital Marketing
