2024 Software Engineer Campus Hire of Engineering Rotation Program

as part of our Client Solutions Group (CSG) Engineering Rotation Program in Taipei to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

The Engineering Rotation Program provides you a fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. The program consists of 3 rotations, each 12-months long, to offer you the ability to learn across different projects, solutions, and technical deliverables needed to bring our products to market. Built into the program are key opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and career progression.

You will:

  • Be supported by technical subject matter experts, mentors and peer advisors that will provide day-to-day support, grow your Dell network, and assimilate you into the Dell and CSG culture
  • Complete the rotation program with a deeper understanding of the CSG Engineering portfolio, accelerated technical expertise, and the ability to align your passions to your future career at Dell
  • Participate in the preparation, review and evaluation of Software/Firmware requirements and specifications
  • Prepare design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed
  • Use defined software lifecycle methodologies

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in Engineering, Technology or Computer Science related fields and expect to graduate between February 2023 to December 2024
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that will make you a great collaborator in a global team environment
  • Understanding of Computer Science Foundations and basic knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle as well as experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, Rust, C, C++, Java, or Golang
  • Ability to code/debug moderately complex programs using either written or verbal design specifications

Desirable Requirements

  • Internship experience in a technology related field
  • Participation in roles outside of the classroom
