Graphic Sales Specialist- (Wisconsin, Illinois).
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Graphics Sales Specialist the candidate will have an assigned exclusive territory and be responsible for all graphic and signage sales within its geographic borders. You will be required to grow sales and maintain relationships with a wide variety of business segments. Your job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop strong relationships with all Distributor management and Sales professionals
- Hold a minimum of Quarterly business reviews with all Distributor Branches
- Schedule periodic joint sales calls with all Distributor sales professionals
- Cultivate relationships with all graphic manufacturers, sign shops and end users in the territory
- Maintain regular contact with all Franchise owned businesses (Fastsigns, Image360, Signarama etc.)
- Be clear, concise and effective in written and oral communications
- Work cross functionally with other teams (Marketing and Tech Service) to assist in corporate goals and objectives
- Timely reporting and fiscal responsibility
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (
at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution & three (3) years field sales experience (graphics industry experience would be a plus) in a public, private or military environment.
-OR-
- High School diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution & seven (7) years field sales experience (graphics industry experience would be a plus) in a public, private or military environment.

- Documented track record for exceeding sales forecasts
- Sales experience within graphics markets

- Adept at Salesforce, Outlook, XLSX, Powerpoint
Work location:
- Sales candidate will be required to live in a centrally located city within the assigned territory of Illinois and Wisconsin.
