As an Analyst in the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s objectives through:Performance Optimization:Monitoring and improving operational performance through sales governance, pipeline analysis, and sales coverage optimization.Executive Presentations:Preparing presentation-ready content and recommendations to advise and guide senior-level decision-making.
Strategic Planning:Supporting annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning priorities with organizational goals.
Project Involvement:Participating in key critical initiatives aimed at driving transformation and long-term growth.• Relevant years of experience in finance, management consulting, sales strategy, or a high-growth technology environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL.
• Proven track record to navigate ambiguous situations and balance multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated self-starter with curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (French, German, or Dutch preferred).• Develop your skills in analytics, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work directly with senior executives on high-impact projects.
