Your key responsibilities
- Course Management: Support the planning and deployment of innovative technical, professional skills, leadership, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) courses and programs, driving transformative learning experiences across the firm.
- Event Organisation: Plan and execute virtual and in-person learning events, ensuring their successful completion and adherence to compliance and quality standards.
- Content Production: Participate in recording, editing, and producing online modules/webcasts contributing to EY’s cutting edge blended learning strategy.
- Course Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through assessments, feedback, and data analysis to continually improve training outcomes.
- Policy Implementation: Implement the company's training policies while collaborating with Talent Learning Leads to adopt innovative and effective approaches that align with our learning objectives
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and facilitators ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the learning journey.
- Harnessing AI Technology: Leverage AI to drive innovation and enhance learning development, transforming the delivery and effectiveness of our programs and learning culture.
- Talent Projects: Collaborate on cross-functional projects that align with our overarching Talent strategy.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in learning and development coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Training and Development, Education, Psychology or a related field.
