As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible to drive quality metrics and monitor the effectiveness of our QA processes. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to develop quality control policies and evaluate production limitations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance

You will:

• Assist Factory Regulatory Compliance: Ensure factory operates in compliance with applicable local and international regulations/standards, and industry best practices.

• Drive Quality Metrics: Monitor and analyse quality metrics to track the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement

• Perform Inspections and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and quality assurance testing on finished products.

• Develop Quality Control Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective quality control process.

• Support New Product Introductions

Essential Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field and with minimum of0-1 years of experiencein quality assurance or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) Control Charts & Process Capabilityand Basic programming knowledge such as Python/Jave are an added advantage.
