The Finance Manager is the key finance person responsible for evaluating ISD customer deals and partnerships. They are accountable to ensure accurate and compliant deal financials in accordance with US GAAP accounting guidance and must be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Responsibility spans across all accounting requirements from contract setup through to month end close and compliance. You will engage with the ISD delivery partners to provide actionable insight for the business to leverage in decision making.

This position requires a driven self-starter, capable of effectively prioritizing and operating with a high degree of ambiguity in a fast-paced and changing environment. A key focus of the role will be leading the month end close coordinating across Operations, Field, Sales and Delivery teams ensuring all accounting adjustments are reflected accurately in the books and records of MS. Finally, the controller will be expected to participate in global initiatives as required including Process Standardization and BPO optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or related field AND accounting or finance experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or related field AND accounting or finance experience.
• Professional accounting certification such asACA/ACCAor equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Finance controllership experience in a large or complex organisation
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple complex organisations.
• Ability to collaborate and be comfortable with ambiguity, create effective partnerships and make the complex simple.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize competing projects and adhere to deadlines
• Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an emphasis on quality
• Experience with software and technology industry advantageous.

• As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading the close process for Industry Solutions Delivery by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the of each of the projects within a given portfolio.
• The Finance Manager will proactively work with the business to ensure that all the financial attributes for their portfolio of projects are correctly accounted for.
• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators during the month. These KPIs form the backbone of the financial review process and are used to drive overall compliance and project health across the portfolio.
• Stakeholder engagement: MS ISD has a breadth of stakeholders, within the finance, operations and sales organizations. This role will be required to liaise across these pillars to highlight risks, address concerns and drive overall project health and compliance.
• Manage contract financials within SAP and execute controls including but not limited to: ensuring accurate setup, execution of key financial controls, analysis and interpretation of the project financials and project closure.
• Anticipate and act on key risk & opportunities, and support business partners by understanding & communicating key adjustments.
• Participate in global projects as required.
