Behind every investment is a person with ambitions, motivations and values. While we know that every client is unique, they come to Nutmeg for the same reason: our straightforward and transparent approach to investing.

As a Content Operations Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase within Nutmeg, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of Content writing. This role will be particularly focused on supporting our growing team of UX writers but will also span Marketing and Investment content operations. Reporting to our Content Operations Lead and working closely with peers in Design, Research and Marketing, you’ll publish content to the Nutmeg website and app via our CMS, and support with running our annual review process. Over time you’ll also help us redefine website functionality and content structure so knowledge of, or interest in, website usability best practices would also be beneficial.
